    VanillaHR is a software company providing an HR and candidate management platform for companies and agencies. Our solution allows companies to source and manage candidates, collaborate with the hiring team, and offer a simple and understandable recruitment management platform.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, sales, and strategic planning. The Business Developer will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and fostering long-term business relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● You will be in charge of acquiring new customers (we use proven channels, but you will have the freedom to set up your own acquisition channels)

    ● You will cover the entire sales cycle, from detecting opportunities to closing deals

    ● You will keep an open mind and will be able to capture customer feedback in order to propose your own suggestions for improving the tool

    Your profile:

    ● You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B business development, including internships and work-study programs

    ● You are organized, you know how to work independently and you are a force for proposals because we are always open to new projects

    ● You have an extraordinary sense of humor :)

    ● Big bonus if you have experience in the field of SaaS software or if you have already worked in a regulated market

    ● Build and execute a prospecting strategy innovative in collaboration with the business and marketing team, to identify and acquire new potential customers to achieve the set business objectives.

    ● Set up effective processes to relaunch prospects and follow up on your leads to ensure a pipeline that is always active.

    ● Obtain qualified appointments for our business team and actively contribute to lead conversion.

    ● Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
